⏱ Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
  (Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.)

💰 Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

🧾 Return Conditions

You may return or exchange an item if:

• It is damaged or the wrong item was sent
• Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging & tags
