📦 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad or store credit
🔄 4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Mention your preferred size or item in your return request
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Delivery charges may apply for the new shipment
🚚 5. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered), return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility
