📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

🔺 Note: Items on sale, undergarments, or custom-stitched products are non-returnable.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued through the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad or store credit

🔄 4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item:

• Mention your preferred size or item in your return request
• Exchanges are subject to availability
• Delivery charges may apply for the new shipment

🚚 5. Shipping Costs

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free
• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered), return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility
