- Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
(Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.)

💰 Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

You may return or exchange an item if:
- It is damaged or the wrong item was sent
- Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging & tags
